Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES:

All same day orders are delivered Monday-Friday between 2pm-7pm. 

Orders placed in advance  are delivered between 11am-7pm on the chosen delivery date. 

Exceptions may occur as LA traffic can be unpredictable. 

Custom delivery time is available upon request for an additional $150 fee. To request this service and confirm availability, please email us at hello@wildstems.la 

DELIVERY POLICY:

We're always excited to hand the flowers to the recipient and will do our best to ensure the delivery goes smoothly!

Our driver will call and/or text the recipient upon arrival if there are any issues accessing the building. In case the recipient won't be home, we'll place the flowers in a safe spot and text the recipient to let them know. 

If we can't access the building, the recipient won't answer our calls or texts, we'll contact the sender to help us get in touch with the recipient.

We have a 15 minutes waiting time per delivery. If all our attempts fail, we'll find the safest spot for placing the flowers and take a picture. Once the order is marked as delivered, WILDSTEMS is no longer responsible for arrangement's security or condition. 

If we notice that there is no safe place for the flowers, we'll contact the sender to confirm and offer the second attempt delivery for an additional delivery fee equal to the initial delivery charge.
